We want you to love your Cécred ritual, but if a product isn't the right fit for your hair journey, we accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, products must be in their original packaging and substantially unused.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Follow the prompts to download and print your prepaid shipping label, which will be sent directly to your registered email address.
Package Securely
Place the items in their original box or a similar protective mailer, ensuring all lids are tightly sealed to prevent leakage during transit.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
